I got caught up in Daboll's informal style too. There may be something to that as far as emotionally supporting players and communicating what you want in a personable way. They say counsel without accommodation is just criticism. I like Daboll taking the time to reinforce even the good things and I love him being a detail guy. It's all good, so far.

I, too, like what I'm seeing with how Daboll is working with his players.

I bet it's a huge breath of fresh air for those players, too.
