Cornwell graduated in 3 years.

He'll have immediate eligibility wherever he chooses.

Good for him.

Question though... in his statement release, he mentioned remaining 2 years of eligibility.

Wouldn't he have 3 years, since he redshirted and never saw the field? Ya know, the whole 5 years to play 4 thing.

Or is it different because he's a graduate?

If it's different, it doesn't make sense why it would be.

SLO, maths are hard. 5 years to play 4, minus 3 years he already has been here=2 aka 5-3=2

Now, he might be able to apply for a third year but would have to show a hardship reason, not just lack of PT.

Shit.

I have no clue how the fook I omitted the key word SOPHOMORE from my thinking.

I mean shit, he'd have to take 20 hours a semester YEAR ROUND in order to graduate as a RS frosh. Which is impossible for a footballer. lol. But, I'd just woken up from a hard sleep, so...

Derp.
