I was there during that time. I played it a few times...normally just to goof off while having a few cold ones. The guy I worked for had me on his membership at Indian Hills. I was there, A LOT! Hidden Meadows was opening around then....loved that course, sans the snakes.

I played a course at. The U of Montevallo. In shelby co al during the 90s. It was a 9 hole course with cow pastures. They gave me an honorary degree because we donated money to help them expand it. We played it every Saturday for a few years. They expanded it to 18 holes in the 90s. I had moved to Texas by then. LOL

I was not a good golfer then. I grew up on a farm so a cow plaster was familiar. Hole 1 would make your day if you didn't hook it or hit your car. I never saw 18. We just played two rounds

I was never a good golfer (I haven't played a round in over ten years, sadly.). Still hated that place when I was playing regularly.
