Well, they are unlikely to be able to give out a discount rate this time around like they got to use with Freeze. If they go with Durkin, they'll get a little bit of one, but other than that they'd have to go dumpster diving for a Jimbo. So then, unless they grab someone like James Franklin (which is unlikely) who would allow for the offset language discount, then they are stuck having to pay sticker prices. And whether it's a Sexton guy, an Armstrong guy, or someone else, anyone with any sense is going to back auburn into a corner with a favorable guaranteed buyout. Overall (in the CFB landscape), it's a good job, but it just comes with a ton of unwanted strings. And they have very little leverage on their end right now to make deals.
