And yet another
Well not going to say where I saw this BUT!! Grubb to California?
If grubb does indeed leave, and we don't promote Sheridan back as the OC. Chip Kelly is available, and I'd be fine with that.I saw this yesterday, too. Both he and Tosh Lupoi seem to be (top) candidates.
Chip Kelly would be perfect for Russell skill set. Runs lot of Too stuff. If grubb does indeed leave, and we don't promote Sheridan back as the OC. Chip Kelly is available, and I'd be fine with that.
That would sting.Chip Kelly would be perfect for Russell skill set. Runs lot of Too stuff.
Sheridan seems like a safe bet unless he goes with Grubb as a OC.
Lingust draws up some cunning stunts...Just a reminder: If Wommack leave for whatever reason, please remember that we have Mo Lingust and Chuck Morrell as Co-DCs. One of them, likely Morrell will step in as DC. I can see Lingust getting the nod, but could go with Wommack. But anyway, the point is i wouldn't worry about on defense side on who steps up.
On offense, If Grubb goes, I can see Sheridan slides in as OC, or he can go with Grubb. Who would step up as OC? It has to be someone who can work with Russell and maximize his skillset. So I think they're going to be fire whenever they hire.
Damn, will we have any coaches at season's end???..Oregon State: The Beavers were nearing a hire with among their finalists when Cal made the decision to part ways with Justin Wilcox, and the two sides are expected to talk about the opening in Corvallis, per John Canzano.
Shepard was a candidate for that job. @24and7 See how I did that?
If not Morrell... Throw the bank at Durkin..Just a reminder: If Wommack leave for whatever reason, please remember that we have Mo Lingust and Chuck Morrell as Co-DCs. I really hope we don't go in this direction. There's are some great DC's out there right now that we could potentially go and get from another school. Like Shiel Wood from Texas Tech, he would be a fantastic hire for us.Just a reminder: If Wommack leave for whatever reason, please remember that we have Mo Lingust and Chuck Morrell as Co-DCs. At least there are two people on this page, of this thread, that have actually made some sense at this point. Some of the suggestions I see I feel are down right stupid.Just a reminder: If Wommack leave for whatever reason, please remember that we have Mo Lingust and Chuck Morrell as Co-DCs. Anyone hearing that Wommack is in the running for the Arkansas coaching job?
Just an idle thought with that first cuppa ... Arkansas athletic director Hunter YurachekThey are very interested him him, and the interest is mutual. I don't believe he is their #1 as of now, but the more they get told "no", the closer that gets, IMO.
Selfie?
I'm gonna regret this.....
