📡 Federal lawsuit claims Louisiana College president refused to hire football coach because of his “Jewish blood.”

I'm left shaking my head at this. It's one thing to make that decision and it's a totally different thing to actually let it be known. I mean, geez! What the hell was he thinking to actually say this...especially in today's climate.

You'd have to have a complete lack of understanding in the world around you.No. 1, you shouldnt have that job if you make decisions based like that. No. 2, you shouldn't have that job if you are so stupid that you would actually say that out loud.

I didn't see her first post where she said she was Jewish. Ya know, legitimately, I've never knowingly met a Jewish person in my entire life. Only a handful of Catholics and Muslims actually. I know some people that Jewish people for whatever reason, though.

Literally every person I know that has ever said a disparaging (and sincere, not joking) remark about Jewish people (in person) are Christians. Most Neo Nazi's claim to be Christian. That's always why I've found the love for Israel from CERTAIN people to be so weird. I've literally heard people use the term "kike" in one breath and in the next talk about how we have to make sure that Israel never falls (because of the bible) in the next.

Everyone who has ever discriminated against me for my heritage was a Christian. I even had a Christian friend disown me for it in the 4th grade. There are definitely a fair proportion of confused and hateful Christians sadly but there's always a few idiots in every group.

Jews are not historically liked by many people though. Was just using a few examples, half in jest.

You forgot "claim" in the first sentence.

I'm by no means the most religous or spiritual person you'll find: today, or any day. However, there's one thing I'll stand firmly behind. Pardon this paraphrase, but the "good book" simply says you'll know them by their actions and words. Nothing of what's been indicated here resembles a Christian.

See, I have a little bit of an issue with that and the reason I feel that way is because that is no different than the extremist Muslims that pervert their religion and twist it into something else. Moderate Muslims dont get that benefit of the doubt of "those others aren't real Muslims," they all get lumped into one category there.

Now, granted I'm not religious in any sense and I personally think all of it is silly, but I know there are people of all faiths that use certain things or twist certain things to fit their sick minds and pervert what should be a positive thing.
