Didn't take long for the expectations to be watered down. Holy crap if Bama only wins 8 or 9 games for 2 years in a row. Ok year two my expectations are much different than year one.

Probably put us at 8.5 due to the lack of a QB with experience and maybe the transfers. That would be a pure guess on my part.

Two teams scored 40 or more last year. They didn't have a win against a ranked team (IU and UM.) Bama had the 22nd scoring offense in the nation last season at just under 34 points a game; less than two points behind the national title winner. That was good enough for 3rd in conference, less than five points behind the leader: Ole Miss. Now that's a Rebel team that beat UGA, but lost to UF.

Ya see ... sumpin' tells me PPG was a little weird last season.

Average ppg is ok. But like "time of possession " can be misleading

3 of games lost. Bama was under 20. Tennessee. Oklahoma. Michigan.
Ok in 50s/60s. But dont win u a lot of games in 2000s


Like Tennessee/ole ms..Rolls up big numbers vs lowly opponents. And doesn't score enough to win critical games. So they just dont have the offense to win and win and win
