🏈 Even Haters Can't Hate..."Help! I think I like Bama."

And this is why college football has changed. People want wide open offenses to look at. As long as teams are racking up points like a pinball machine, people will get excited. Otherwise, not so much.

I'm not disagreeing with you here but I think it bears noting the writer is a Penn State guy. He'll write about the Tide in a different voice than a lot I'd think.

That said, seeing Tennessee get dropped down a few notches this past weekend was something a lot enjoyed...brought it on themselves, ya know?

I'm under no illusions that Alabama is beloved by the college football press or world. 'Heavy is the head,' you know.

I'm highly prejudiced of course, but I would also add, this defense is kinda like watching our offense. Who have 7 different players on D that can say they've scored a TD? Pruitt is dialing up aggressive action all over the field. Our blitz package is on full display and the run stunts are allowing up to disrupt and blow up stuff around and behind the LOS. In a lot of ways, our defense has been as different and exciting in philosophy as the offensive shift.
