And I don't like it.

Years ago, I could spend 12-16 hours on my feet working all day. Then I could go out to a club/bar (on weekends) and hang out, standing/walking around, and be OK. Same with my stamina...work all day then go hang out for hours and hours without ever getting tired. Now, my damn feet start hurting after a couple hours (sometimes less) and I can't go as hard or as long as I used to. I try, but it's just not there. And it pisses me off. It makes me feel weak and like less of a man.

Getting old sucks, man.

Not sure how old you are but it happens to all of us. Don't think anyone over 45 can do what they used to be able to, just part of it. Told my dad something similar and he said "well it don't get any easier, getting old ain't for wussies."
I just take breaks when I need them now and try to work smarter because I can afford the extra tools now that I couldn't in my prime.

Get a complete check for auto immune disorders... The foot pain is how they usually start..
If you aren't on TRT try boron 10.. Frees up bound testosterone..

It's not just pain, it's soreness after being on my feet for extended periods. It's just that those periods are way shorter than they used to be when my feet start hurting.

I have auto immune Hoshimotos/Lupus..Foot pain is everyday and most of the time..
It could possibly mean you're very low in vitamin D as well. Have that checked too.. low vitamin D is an epidemic now..

Have you tried better shoes? Get fitted and buy a good shoe and/or insole. Can make a world of difference, did for me. 10+ hours a day a concrete was killing me.

Mine isn't just pain out of nowhere. I have to have been standing or walking for a bit, then soreness sets in. It's like muscle soreness after working out for the 1st time in a while.

I drink either orange juice or apple juice every morning with breakfast. I know apple juice doesn't have vitamin D, but I swap days on those. I also eat a banana every day (again, I know they don't have vitamin D, but they do have potassium). As well, I do get plenty of sunlight so I get a bit more vitamin D than I do with just orange juice.

I wear Asics Gel Kayano running shoes (but I do need a new pair as these are a few years old, now). I was fitted a few years ago. I also have aftermarket orthotic insoles that cost $280 (actually just ordered another set). Thankfully, I can use HSA to pay for them. And once you do the form, you can just order after that since they keep the forms and can just use them over and over to make more insoles for you.

Just get a one a day multivitamine and pop it each day, and you won't worry about missing vitamins or minerals from juices. I also do the Orgain pea protein powder with 16 ounces of milk maybe four out of seven days. When I'm on a meaningful workout schedule it helps. Finally, I also opt for Icelandic skyr over greek yogurt - I go back and forth between Siggi's and Icelandic Provisions, whatever is BOGO at Publix. I think it's better than greek, particular those with loads of sugar or artificial sweeteners.

On a side note, had brunch at the original Ruby Slipper in Red Stick this morning. Their food is good, biscuits are too doughy for me, but the food is good. Didn't realize they also had the Ruby Sunshine breakfast stores, there's one at Brook Highland on 280.

Just can't do the skyr. It's got an almost acidic taste to me.

Ruby slippers are usually pretty good.

Those will probably help a good bit. Many years ago, early 90's actually, my orthopedic surgeon (UAB team surgeon) who did my knee operation in HS gave me some sole inserts that at the time, were the best you could find. I've pretty much sworn by them in some form of fashion ever since, especially if I just have a regular tennis shoe. I keep them in my Merrells that I wear fairly often but I also discovered the On Cloud tennis shoes about 2 years ago and they don't need them. Those shoes are named well. And light as a feather.

I do have to eat the flavored versions, can't manage the plain. I'll get the large tub of Siggi's vanilla when it's BOGO and I'll add blueberries when they're in season, and lately granola.

At Ruby Slippers, I had the three little pigs omelets, which was good, and my wife had the poached egg with hollandaise over a biscuit that included a fried green tomato and a roasted red tomato. It was also good, but I thought their biscuits were a little too doughy in the middle, but overall experience was good enough that we'll hit the one on 280 when we're that way. Hard to beat Big Bad Breakfast, though.
