I know a lot of younger guys here talk about the players we have know and rightly so but the guys Bryant had were great players also in their era. EJ was one of them. As I recall he was a first team all american his senior year.

Well....a good many on here arent old enough to remember what Bama football was REALLY like before Nick...or Stallings.... ie. Tua vs Namath... discussions....
The Bear had some incredible Athletes.....in comparison of that time... every bit as good or better than today’s? Probably not.... todays are bigger ...faster... better trained...better nurished... but that wss then ....now is now

I met EJ on class trip to E-Day my junior year of high school back in the day......he stopped and watched one of our classmates play "Pac-Man" with us the game room.... class act all the way.
