🏈 Eddie Jackson's message to the team "To My Brothers"

This is why I never worry about Alabama football when a recruit chooses to go somewhere else....
So looking back, I think it’s kind of funny how worried I was about not fitting in when I first got here. The truth is, when you arrive on campus, it doesn’t matter where you went to high school or how many stars were next to your name. The guys who are caught up in that stuff don’t last long here anyhow. Your entire goal should be to live up to the standard that the player in front of you on the depth chart has set.

And this is why I never worry about Alabama being prepared for a game....

When I think about my fellow captains — Cam, Reuben and Jonathan — as well as the other seniors on this team, I feel a lot of pride about how much we’ve grown over the years. Playing at Bama is bigger than winning one national championship. Winning championships is the expectation. But playing here is also about becoming the very best possible version of yourself, and then showcasing that for the world. If you can do that, all of your other goals will fall in line.

A glimpse of how the elder player view the program .....

That's the reason you see so many recent past players on the sidelines ...........

Everyone always wants to accomplish something in life and right now at BAMA there are chances for people who want to work for it . Glad I'm able to witness the greatness..... ROLL TIDE !

Solid ass letter. Gave me goodebumps reading about receiving that first letter from Tuscsloosa. I can only imagine that feeling of the best wanting me. I received an acceptance letter and it thrilled me, so I can only imagine a note from the football program.

please tell me they're gonna let Eddie be on the sidelines for the game!

he brings so much to the team, even when he's not playing.

to see him on that sideline, in that Crimson jersey would do so much for this team (not that they need it, lol).

and i would absolutely LOVE it if they let him be one of the game captains and walk out there for the coin toss.
