Didn't see this posted but there was speculation we would lose him to LSU(he lives in Baton Rouge). Reports are he is done. Faxed in papers and is ready for Jan 8th early enroll at Bama.

The financial aid paperwork only binds the school to him and not the other way. He could as could any other recruit, sign and fax in as many of these as they wish to as many schools as they wish.

Remember a couple years ago, Matt Womack signed FA papers with LSU then Signed LOI with Bama. LSU, got penalized because they had used the FA signing to have unlimited contact (as is allowed) with Matt.
Not only did they lose the commitment, they got penalized for contact. (Not to throw water on the parade)
