| FTBL Down Year in the SEC?

I been hearing our success was the cause of a SEC "down" year. Well I was looking at the Sagarin SEC Conference Ratings and found this:

1999 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 79.15
2000 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 76.03
2001 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 79.48
2002 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 78.69
2003 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 79.62
2004 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 74.13
2005 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 75.28
2006 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 81.60
2007 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 81.99
**YTD 2008 SOUTHEASTERN (A) = 76.60

So going by this the SEC is normal, just the last 2 years the SEC has been great. If anybody prospered from a "down" year it would have to be AU in 2004. That's right..the year they were undefeated.
