I've had orders where I didn't get everything. That's been inconvient but it's never been one of those "gotta have that now" things. I've orders delivered with things I didn't order; someone else's stuff. That's on Sparks, not on W.
They've never given me any issues on things I didn't get: a refund on both the item and the tip along with a credit to cover the delivery (under $35 in those situations.)
DoorDash sent me a gift certificate a few months ago and I used them twice: both times for the deli right up the street.
I have worse luck with Amazon and something like a pair of socks.
