As they should be. Going into Death Valley as the #1 team at night, against the #5 team who had a week to rest and who's sole purpose in life since January is to exact revenge for what we took from them is no easy task. #1 ranking well deserved.

Wasn't this the type of game everyone wanted too see Alabama win? I heard countless of ESPN analysis say they wanted to see how Alabama responds when the pressure is on them with under 2 minutes of football left. This win was at Death Valley, a team who hasn't lost at home since 09! And they had the motivation and the bye week. Alabama prevailed. I don't see any other team that deserves the #1 spot
