I can't help but wonder if things might have been different had their been a firmer hand re discipline early in his stay at Bama. He certainly has the size, speed and hands to play at the next level. Acquiring the "questionable work ethic" label did him in.

He would've been even better if he had a QB who could get him the ball more last year and better play calling.

You can't be serious. DJ's Hall biggest problem was/is/always will be DJ Hall

I agree with you on that. There's alot of blame to go around. Player's attitudes and execution mostly. DJ's attitude could've always been better. Especially in the Iron Bowl when he let that simple, easy catch pass juggle in his hands before it was picked off in the endzone. I lost all hope in him on that. But the lack of execution and consitency in the OL killed the trust that JP had in them. Anyone would be blind if they couldn't see how scared he looked in the pocket sometimes. How he didn't throw the ball away when he should've and all the horrible overthrown passes. And you have to admit play calling was a factor in the QB Receiver relationship. Where were the long balls that DJ has always brought down? Of course, I'm just rambling. I've had mixed feelings about last season. We'd be high on the mountain one minute and then shot to hell the next. My last comment might not have been totally accurate but what I said WAS part of the problem. But they'll do alot better. I'll always have faith in them. RTR
