It was a weird game. 1st half was the worst half of the season and the 2nd half was the best. Hightower played his best game ever imo.

Eli Gold said the same thing right before halftime.
Also, Tyler Watts said during halftime that he'd be surprised if Tennessee got 6 more (already had 6) first downs in the second half.

haha whats funny about everybody thinking Saban killed em (even Mark Ingram tweeted that he would hate to have been in the locker room for that) but to man all of them said he was calm (said the same thing last week) and didnt scream and kill everybody. Dont'a said it's the difference between this team and last years, they dont need that type of motivation. He simply reiterated to them, ur an average team when you lose focus and the leaders let their voices be heard to the players. That is if you believe what they all said... now do I believe he didnt at least raise his voice? lmao no.

There prolly isnt a better coach in the biz on in-game adjustments tho.

oh man did he ever? he was obliterating players left and right, and chasing down receivers, and even looked like a RB on that INT return.

That pretty well mirrors what I was told by a father of one of our DB's. In fact, it's almost word for word.

Go over to ESPN3 and fast forward to the start of the third. Watch the communication between players. You'll see a team that has grown up since last season. Same names? Yes. Same players? No.

This is why I think we beat LSU. The players understand what they must do to be successful. I would be shocked if they didn't police themselves to rest this week and be focused next week. If we play our game (possess the ball and force the opponent to execute) then we'll win by 10+.
