🏈 Did Gary and Brad let the bag out about the LSU game?

What you think CBS will show that day?

Gary Danielson accidentally announces CBS’s Week 10 game of the week

Screen-Shot-2017-10-21-at-8.10.35-PM-718x490.jpg

We know CBS will be at the Georgia-Florida game next Saturday, but the SEC on CBS Week 10 assignment hadn’t been announced just yet.

However, during Saturday’s Alabama-Tennessee game, broadcaster Gary Danielson accidentally spilled the beans, revealing that the crew would be at the Alabama-LSU game in two weeks.

Danielson accidentally let the news slip, revealing the details while partner Brad Nessler could only laugh (via AL.com):

“Next time we will see them will be primetime against LSU,” he said of Alabama. “We haven’t announced that yet.”

Brad Nessler chimed in: “Well, you just did, I guess.”

Danielson: “I don’t know if I can.”

Nessler: “Glad that was you.”

Danielson: “Well, we’ll watch it on TV if we don’t do the game.”

The atmosphere at Bryant-Denny Stadium for that game should be electric, especially since Danielson also revealed that the contest would be a nighttime affair.

With Alabama and LSU both heading into byes next weekend, the teams should be well-rested as they prepare for a big-time SEC West showdown.

Lol.

How's the recovery time looking?

Nov. 13 I go back for reevaluation. When I went to the ortho he actually suggested we wait on surgery. He said that when I dislocated the ankle it tore a bunch of ligaments (and possibly cartilage) and made a bunch of tiny cracks, chips and breaks in all of my bones in the ankle but there wasn't any clean breaks (which makes it harder for them to fix with surgery). So he really couldnt put any plates or screws in there. He said that he was pretty positive that 6 weeks in a cast and not putting any weight on it, the breaks will completely heal. The problem is the ligaments and the cartilage . We're going to do an MRI and x-rays on 13th and if the ligaments haven't healed or there are tears in the cartilage, the only thing he can do is repair them with surgery but the fact that i want have any plates or screws in the ankle should make the rehab go by a lot faster.

Geez. That sounds really bad but also promising at the same time...lol.

@Birdman37, I have always heard that if you hurt your ankle, you were always better off with a break rather than issues with ligaments and tendons. Take it easy and when you start rehab, do exactly what you are told and nothing more. Don't want to make it worse.
