🏈 Devonta Smith Heisman Reel

Great video. Man I am going to miss seeing that guy playing for Bama. Love kids like him. Did not come in with as much hype but just went to work and kept getting better and better and along the way just kept on producing. Been a lot of great ones at Bama BUT none that have produced the way this kid has.

Roll Tide Devonta and close this thing out and help your team finish on top!!!!!

Dude has kangaroo legs. Reminds me of my Pointer. He glides so effortlessly, and doesn't even look like he's trying. Ridley took long strides and got after it, Jeudy took big strides and got on it, Amari and Ruggs have quicker strides and speed, but Smith just makes it look easy like Julio.

Picture of the Pointer showing off his legs for your enjoyment.

That's one that is well deserving as any to hoist the Heisman!! Sadly, it turned into a damn popularity contest years ago and the "Best player in College Football" was replaced with the "player with the gaudiest stats!" I'm going to miss #6 in Crimson, but I look forward to watching him at the next level. I don't watch the NFL, just watch the guys that were #BuiltByBama!!!

Brought a tear to my eye. He's a great one for sure. Spent so much time being overlooked on teams with Ridley, Jeudy, Ruggs and Waddle(great googly moogly look at those names) and it looks like he could be the best of the bunch.

I'm not just saying this because of his productivity, but look at what his senior year has meant to us fans and how much we love him for it. He'll be remembered forever as being a guy that came back to improve draft stock, to win a Championship, and because he loves Alabama. That's the stuff of legends, and fans recognize that over a guy leaving after three years, the bare minimum he can put it. not saying a three year guy like Julio will ever be forgotten, just stating it's the Smith's, the Mosley's, the Allen's, the Najee's that will be remembered as selfless leaders.

I think Smitty and Harris coming back was mutually beneficial decision. They recognized where they stood from and NFL perspective so they came back. The Jones of the world had probably done all they could do and coming back was not going to material help their draft spots. Same with Jeudy and Ruggs last year so they moved on.
