That was Stewart Mandel, I believe. And he followed that up by saying that even with such a small percentage there shouldn't be a vote allowed until after the last game.

I think this is the guy that was on HerdButt show that was saying that their guys need they votes taking away. He has planned how he was going to place his vote. All these guys have been to just voted and not studied the other player. He had studied films of other players from around the country to make sure his vote when to the right one.
