🏈 depth chart released...

I hesitate to use the word "shock," but I'd say the surprise is how Barrett has taken hold of the RG position.

That said, I really feel this isn't a case of him being that much better than some of the other guys we have running with the two's. I think it's a case of the combination of Davis and Jones give us the best due on the right side of the line.

I'm also thinking if we face a team that isn't going to be heavily focused on the running game, we see Robby Green get the nod at safety...just a guess on my part.

Thanks elba.

Some surprises on there fa sho.

Terry Grant as possibly the #2 back. I guess he's impressing in practice. It's good to hear that a guy a lot of our fans wrote off is going to contribute.

Maze as the 2nd outside receiver. I wonder how things will shake out in 3+ receiver sets. I'd imagine he'd move inside. Can the little guy run block?

The safety situation. I think I like the switch. Woodall is one of the most underrated and underhyped player on our team imo.

I'm really rooting for Kareem too. He's gotten a bad rap from some of our fans and he's the best corner on our team. Yes, better than Javy imo.

I believe that for Terry Grant, this year is the first year he has truly been healthy enough to compete since his freshman year. I have stated on here before that I thought he needed to move to the slot receiver to get on the field. I'm happy for him and I hate it for all opponents who must try to tackle his shifty self.

One word, depth.

I am saddened and overjoyed that no true freshman cracked the two deep.

Also, I kept telling everyone about Eryk Anders, he was a rabbit last year, and another year to bulk up will allow him to be a real thorn at the jack on all downs.
