🏈 Date Set for Alabama’s 2016 Homecoming Weekend

The University of Alabama’s 2016 Homecoming football game will take place on Saturday, October 1, when the Crimson Tide plays host to Kentucky at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Further details about Homecoming weekend activities, including a kickoff time for the game, will be released as they are finalized.

Alabama is 81-13-1 in homecoming games, including a 9-0 record under the direction of head coach Nick Saban. The Tide are currently in the midst of a 14-game winning that dates back to 2002.

As someone who has never been to a Bama game (because life is cruel) .. do yall recommend homecoming weekend as a good time to go? Even if we are playing (*yawn*) Kentucky?

Ehhh, it'll be abusy weekend, so for someone coming to a game for the first time or wanting to visit their fraternity/sorority, I'd say yes. I personally go to any game I can, but don't get overly excited about Homecoming, because I typically like to go see the tougher opponents like LSU, Auburn etc if I'm saving up cash to go see a game.
