so why is it breaking news that he was seen drinking before his arrest for dui?!
i mean, to be drinking is not illegal as long as you are of age. it's the "how much" that gets you into trouble if you decide to drive afterwards.
that's like saying "prior to the accident, they were seen driving in a car". well duh, it kinds goes without saying that you were driving a car when you got into an accident.
just more of the media trying to make something out of nothing.
it's certainly bad that he was arrested and stupid of him to do what he did; no question in that. but to call what they did "BREAKING"?....i just don't get it.
