Does he score more rushing TDs against Bama, or throw more interceptions against Bama?

Does he have more yards rushing than LSU did against Bama back in the BCS NCG?

What is more likey to happen, DR throwing a TD pass or DR leaving the game for whatever reason (injury, ineffective,...)?

Will he be Michigan's Offensive Player of the Game?

After the game, will he receive top-5 Heisman chatter anytime before game 7 of the season?

he'll have a few plays and probably a few long runs. i am completely unimpressed with his ability to throw the ball however so plan on seeing man coverage or something close to it with a large, crimson cluster in a semicircle in front of the QB at all times. he ain't gettin out!

Just my opinion, and I hope I'm wrong because I don't want to see anyone hurt. I think that if he tries to run the ball very much he'll leave the game with an injury. I don't think he has the body type to stand very much of the type punishment a Bama defense will put on him.

I'll say he has 2 INT's. (Jessie Williams + new center for UM= Throws off back foot a lot)

He'll definitely have more TOTAL yards than LSU had in the BCSNG. So UM fans can brag about crossing the 50.

The nation will see our defense is once again spectacular and contained the 3-time winning September Heisman.

INT's. I don't see him scoring a rushing touchdown.

He won't have more rushing yards than LSU did. He only had a few games where he eclipsed 92 yards last year and by all the reports I've seen and heard they aren't going to run him as much this year as last.

Throw a TD pass likely comes first though I wouldn't dismiss the second. I see them scoring at least one TD and I suspect it'll be a blown coverage situation.

Player of the game? In any other situation I'd pick the place kicker, but both are freshman. I'd be tempted to pick Toussaint, but we don't know if he's playing or not. Junior Hemingway?

If there is one trophy presented at the end of the season that I can point to and say "I don't give a damn" it's the Heisman. That said, have you looked at the first seven games on their schedule. The only team of note is Notre Dame. So, yes, he'll be in the conversation. Top five? Depends on who is talking about the selection. I've seen him considered as high as #2 and seen him not even break the top seven in Heisman voters early polls.

What's "something close to man coverage?" It's an odd expression to me this morning.

Personally, I don't expect to see a lot of man coverage. Nickel, with a Cover-1 or Cover-2 look and morphing into a different zone coverage is what I suspect we'll see.

What's your theory on why we would be playing man? We do on some of our blitz packages, but we zone blitz a whole lot more.

In total agreement. But tell me this. Who does have the body type to withstand Bama's punishment? Certainly not any quarterback in the NCAA.

When I look at that picture of Jesse Williams flexing, I cannot imagine the explosion that is going to happen at the snap of the ball.

1. I do not look for him to try to throw a lot but he will try to keep the Bama D honest. If and when UM scores, Robinson will be the one. He could look good considering this will be the first game for the 'new' Bama D together.

2. Yes, IMO, he will have more rushing yards than LSU did.

3. I dont want to see any player injured so I will say throwing 1 TD pass.

Will he be Michigan's Offensive Player of the Game?

4. No.

After the game, will he receive top-5 Heisman chatter anytime before game 7 of the season?

5. If he has a decent game he will remain in the talk but the Heisman is a marathon, not a sprint.

I say he gets 1 through the air and none on the ground. I think he throws a couple of picks too. He'll get maybe 75 yds rushing IF he stays upright long enough. I don't wish him any harm for the game or season, but I don't see him surviving a pounding by running the ball 15-20 times by design. As long as he doesn't get killed Sept. 1st., I think he will be in the running for the Heisman. He won't win but he will be in the talk.

I dont wish harm on anyone either but Shoelace has had some injury and durability problems (because of his size mainly) and I just dont see him being out there thru 4 quarters if we get after the QB like we can and should. Keeping him in the pocket will be the trick.

Don't expect a Colt McCoy type injury. McCoy was hurt because his dumb coaches were asking him to do something he shouldn't have been asked to do. And that is: run a speed option. Dareus was not even blocked because the qb is/was supposed to be two steps beyond where contact was made. Robinson will be FOUR steps beyond that point!

Bama will beat Michigan worse than they beat Michigan State. Just watched the 2011 Michigan- Michigan State game on BTN, which MSU won 28-14. Bama would have beaten them 56-0.

Robinson will get killed by Bama.

I still think Michigan will score. But, like I said in a thread a few weeks ago, they won't make it over 21 and if they reach that mark it's going to be trash points in the end.

I'm almost stuck on a TD and two FG's...and at times I wonder if I'm being gracious.

Robinson's last play from scrimmage against MSU was rather unbelievable. Fourth down play in which he ran for about 25 yards and then reversed field for about 25 yards. Ran for over 50 yards total and ball goes over to MSU. That is why I said he would be killed by Bama.

34-13 Bama is my favorite score pick! But I'm going 52-3 on this one.

I think Bama is going to make a statement in every game this year. Leaving no ifs, ands, nor buts as to which is the best team in 2012. Kicking a** and taking names in every game.

There is no question "will Michigan be able to stop our running game?"

There is a question "will Michigan be able to keep us under 200 yards rushing?"

I watched that game after lunch today on BTN and I can't say I can find any reason to disagree with Alabama being able to put up A LOT of points.

A LOT.
