Interesting to see how the numbers have changed on the helmets over the years. See, we do make subtle changes. I like the new "2" better. Which leads me to comment on the "15" helmets seen on Gameday stages and other outlets for the last couple of years and that ugly looking "5" that isn't even the one used by us or even on the jersey. For some reason it was something that always bothered me to the point of getting pissed off. Don't have to worry about it anymore since that #16 will be showing!!!

You, my friend, are a connoisseur of Bama football. With our tradition, it's best to be subtle. The ESPN thing can be an issue. We are the only team in college football that can advertise our many NCs right on the side. Pretty cool, but at times with a little backlash. Russillo and Kanell like to put an 11 on the helmet for example. Fun to be Crimson while so many stay green with envy.
