Andre Smith, Antoine Caldwell, Terrence Cody, and Rashad Johnson. All 4 were named to the 2008 AFCA Coaches’ All-America Team.

A double thumbs up to Cody who received the honor after just one season playing at the NCAA level, and to Rashad Johnson, a former walk-on running back. Well done guys...

Yep, all of those were 1st teamers. No second team was listed on the embedded link.

That's good news. How many did we have last year? I love the improvement , and attitude of the whole team, and yes, Mclain's not to far behind, followed closely by Hightower imo, later on...

Rolondo probably would have made it, but evidently the all-america team runs a 4-3..

There wasn't a second team last year (IIRC,) so I assume there won't be a second team this year.

I dont think we had any all-americans last year. We did have a couple all-sec players.

For this AA team selection (American College Football Association) in 2007, two players in the SEC made it...Dorsey and McFadden.
