If you follow recruiting rankings, Ryan Anderson made a huge leap in ESPN's rankings this week. He was outside the top 150 last week and has junlmped into the top 100 this week.

I can't recall what radio show it was on the other day. It was a podcast I had downloaded to listen to at work the other night when I had nothing but BS stuff to do...but with a few on vacation I had to, ya know?

Anyway, I want to say it was Joe Schad I heard being interviewed by a ardent UGA fan. He commented that Bama was recruiting just like USC did in the last decade and FSU did in the nineties. Of course, the UGA guy was dumbfounded by his description of our recruiting machine.

It, once again, made me go back to when Saban was hired and he said, "we'll have a program schools like USC, Texas, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame want."

Oh, so, so true.
