(On a somewhat interesting note we can expect Texas to drop out of the top 10 this week. My question/thought comes here: "Does the selection committee ranked a one loss Kentucky team over an undefeated UCF?" I would.)

I'd bet my Bama Bucks on LSU at #4. This is the part of the playoff poll that the committee likes to show the world they think progressive and they are happy to consider resumes of the previous weeks by one and all. And much like the AP, they are more than willing to hype the game that always follows their first poll. Soon, the elite, with the irrepressible eye test, will win the day.
