I work with former Pitt WR Dexter Edmonds and he just came to may office and advised that Coach Sal Sunseri is in ATL interviewing for the Pitt HC job. Good luck Coach Sal!!!

It could be that they are giving him a complimentary interview since he did play for them. They may be more to it or it could be that the Pitt people are interviewing coaches and Coach Sal is out recruiting in that area. A lot of if's. I know that we had interviews for coaches that were on our staff when I coached but it was more a show of respect toward those and not really a willingness to hire.

One son is a QB at Pitt. Another son is a high school LB and is committed to the Tide. I was at Bama's coaches clinic a couple years ago and Coach Sunseri is something to behold on the field. He is very intense and he gets the best out of his guys. We'll miss him if he goes, but that is an opportunity he can't turn down if offered. I wish him well.
