That sounds like a firewall. Turn your phone's hot spot on, try your computer through that wireless connection, and see if they play.

I upgraded the core software this morning as well as the media loader ... hopefully that did the trick.

There's another update coming @alabama mike that may help on your end ... but this one is a MAJOR update that'll be a weekend job kind of thing.
