You have no sense of reality. You can’t expect this defense to be great with who is starting. It is what it is. Had these guys been the expected starters and played like this I’d agree... but it’s been too many pieces missing without any experienced depth to help.

I expect a defense to be able to stop the run, tackle and get off the field on 3rd down. Perfect example there on that pass with the holding call, nobody near the QB.

You seem to misunderstand the difference between expecting a "great" defense and expecting competence. And this whole "these guys weren't expected to be starters" nonsense needs to stop. Harris and Lee have started all season long, that excuse goes away. What's your excuse for McKinney, Carter, Jennings, Surtain, Davis and the countless other juniors playing? Not being good enough to play until now is a really bad excuse, too by the way. Expecting to not be shredded by a mediocre football team is not an unrealistic expectation for a program that has had top 3 recruiting classes for well over a decade.
