This is a Mozilla issue. I'm guessing it's not limited to Twitter embeds, right? Back in the early part of the summer, maybe late spring, Mozilla changed what they support and you're a victim. (There is a point here having to do with what's supported in mobile versus PC.) Now, I'm sure there are add-ons you can find that might work. I took a direct approach ...
Just using Twitter embeds as an example here ... they are all in HTML5 whereas FF runs Flash. Conflict, right?
In Firefox open a new tab.
Go To : about:config
CTRL+F : enter "CSP" (It is at the bottom if you want to scroll down.)
You'll see security.csp.enable. I'm betting it is set as true.
Click true, it'll change it to false.
Refresh the page...you should be good to go.
