Georgia Dome is 21 years oldish. A native of Atlanta sat beside me at the UA/UM game this year and told me the reasoning is to get the super bowl back in Atlanta. The kicker is they need more sky boxes. So I guess they will build another....at least they plan on tearing down the old dome and using that for a parking garage.

I read these things and have much respect for Robert Kraft - he didn't ask the city to foot the bill, he got it privately funded. Granted, it wasn't $800m or more, but still he deserves kudo's.

Not a big fan of teams that sucker the city to paying big money, didn't like how Jerry Jones juked Arlington to pay ~$350m.
