That's terrible. I feel so bad for this kid. I think it must be someone who knows him and knew that he wanted a shot at the NFL. I hope he gets a legitimate chance someday. That's not a funny prank. It's cruel and vicious. If I were him and I found out who did it I would beat that dude within an inch of his life.

I saw this last night and hated seeing it. It's a sad indictment on society when you have others purposely trying to hurt others and just hoping they have bad things happen to them. This guy just wants a job. Pretty shitty to lead someone the wrong way that just wants to go to work. I'd love it if they did find this guy and put his name out there, even though the player wants it to die down.

Good question. My knee jerk was really criminal impersonation, but it appears not all states have laws that would actually catch that and the feds sure don't. In Georgia it appears that Dean Pees would have to look at filing Identity Theft charges that maybe Bryant could use in a lawsuit against the people. It may be possible for Bryant to file with the police which would lead to an investigation. My bet is he would rather just get this over with and forgotten and the Falcons aren't going to get involved.
