I think it's the angle of approach you're seeing.

Think of it like those old “influence” plays that invite penetration to only be blindsided by a pulling guard or tackle, or in this case, the RG slamming down on you. Too good to be true, usually is.

They are not inviting the NT upfield. They are leaving the edge guy off the RT, Neal, unblocked to be basically trapped by Tucker, who is coming from the other side on a zone slice look.
