📡 Call it Liberation Day for transfers. But freedom comes with some asterisks.

How does he get away with that? If you will notice, he uses coach Saban as well as Bill Snyder and claims that Saban was trying to prevent Brandon Kennedy from transferring to the Citadel! Seriously? The Citadel? No, dick head, he was trying to keep him from transferring to two of our biggest Rivals within the same year!

Wait a minute, guys.

While it's true that DD writes things in a way to incite, he's correct here. Kennedy was blocked from transferring to SEC schools and Alabama's future opponents--which includes The Citadel.

Hard to give Dobbs the benefit of the doubt given his obvious bias. I mean the quotes he chose to include were just specifically sounding down his personal preferences on the subject. Free agency may become a reality sooner as opposed to later but the stats he quoted for student-athletes already transferring with a one-year playing restriction seemed high enough. I don't think that will be a drop in the bucket compared to this generation of players looking for the promised land through free agency.
