🏈 Buggs is a full blown Gump. Here he is on Twitter starting one of the more famous off-season subjects.

No disrespect to Buggs but I doubt he grew up a Crimson Tider and now that he has one full season invested an expert on Bama uniforms he is not. Just play football Isaiah, Nebraska has that look covered.

He's done more for the program in his one year than any of us have except for Jay Barker, otherwise known as @UAgrad93 , so I think he has more room to talk than any of us. And I love that he is so passionate about the program. I grew up a Georgia fan for 25 years before going to Alabama and living in Tuscaloosa for two years. You would never know it for as much pride I have, the clothing, the memorabilia, and just how proud I am to have received a degree from there. I'd rather have that than a guy that just came to make a dollar. I want these guys to have pride. They are the ones that buy into The Process and bring home the Natty's. I'd say 80% of the guys with tattoos have an Alabama A somewhere in there.

And you have concluded all this based on his request for white helmets?

No, doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at his Instagram account and see everything he posts about the university, the team, and all the work he's putting in just about every day. He's a lot like Mack Wilson in ways, though Mack clearly eyeing the dollar, but still loves Alabama.

The problem with doing a throwback to the white helmets is that most fans would perceive it as a throwback to the Ray Perkins coaching era. Wasn't too much to celebrate there.

If Im not mistaken @UAgrad93 is a PE teacher from Sylacauga? I went to high school with his dad and Barker is not his name. But I could be incorrect

You're correct, I was just messing with him a little.

Seriously?

One of the few times I'd have to agree with BBJ.... Seriously?! lol

That comment was just so weird (I'm trying to be nice by saying weird here) to me that I thought he had to be trolling.
