Alabama needs a new basketball arena, and not a field house (used for multiple sports including track & field, swimming, squash, tennis - I looked it up too). Maybe we’re stuck on semantics, but I’m all in favor of a new structure primarily for basketball that can also be used for concerts.

Ok. I dont know that we will get a strictly bball n concert structure...


Thats a lot of sitting idle...( i dont know haw many concerts are held though)...

If anybody, I would think you would remember when Coleman/Memorial Coliseum had concerts like Elvis Presley, The Pointer Sisters, Eric Clapton, Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Yes, The Eagles and many more.

Coleman currently is overwhelmingly idle.
