He did a great job at Grand Valley State, winning several D II national championships, turned Central Michigan from an also ran into a player in the MAC, continued to build on the program at Cincinnati and now is doing a good job at nd. Congratulations on becoming the winningest coach at nd. He is not, IMO, among the best at the D 1 level.

only statues I know of are generic ( elephant.... generic at stadium walk of champions) or of champion coaches
