šŸˆ Breaking this off the virus thread...if the PAC doesn't play football, here's a few teams Bama could play.

On the other hand you wonder how good Bryce Young is feeling about his decision to come East as well.
I've heard his family speak very highly of their experience here. The tweet about the classroom is coming from his parents, after all.

He's clicking with team mates ... trying to remember the receiver he's rooming with but can't pull the name.

My gut instinct tells me the PAC finds a way to play this fall. If they didn't ... it's my opinion we'll be looking at a conference crippled much like SMU was with their death penalty. It would take several years to recover. Geez, consider the numbers we'd see hit the transfer portal AND be approved. Consider how this would impact their recruiting for the upcoming class (and beyond.)

Considering Larry Scott can't land a real TV deal, they're going to continue falling behind.

(@BamaFan334 you had to know I'd go here :ROFLMAO: )

If they choose the spring round robin option, NCAA would have to protect the PAC from transfers. Plus, I can't imagine the NFL-eligible can't miss prospects from the PAC (all three of them) playing for nothing leading into pro days and draft reviews.

All true. But the most important aspect is
"safety and well being " for all
Its going to take a lot for all of us to survive this awful thing

The pac12 is gonna take a hard hit should they shut down university activity. But I don't feel gloating over another's misery is very beneficial.

I hope they find a medium that brings something As I hope we do here as bama fans

JMO but the Bama AD should avoid any PAC12 teams for football games going forward. This isn't your Father's college football or country.

Could be he had nothing to do with the USC selection. Sometimes schools have input as to their opponent in these Kickoff Classic games, but most of the time they do not. There is no contract between Alabama and USC. The contracts are between Alabama and the Advocare Classic and USC and the Advocare Classic.

@50+yeartidefan

Alabama would earn a flat fee of $6 million, according to an agreement the university signed, and U.S.C. was likely to bank a similar amount. But if the teams drew anywhere near the 81,359 fans they did four years ago, it would be a bonanza for Jones, who would reap upward of $16 million in ticket sales alone, according to estimates from a seating price chart that lists rates for the public, starting at $100 for nosebleed seats.
