Friend of mine is listening to the Browns feed on satellite radio (Browns and Redskins are playing a preseason game at the moment) and he said he just heard Braxton is done for the season due to a shoulder injury suffered in practice today.

I have only heard that the season is "in jeopardy".

There are some reports that this was a non-contact injury, considering he just had shoulder surgery in Feb and just started throwing the ball in early July. This could be Braxton being cautious or it could be much worse.

I don't think this is going to be a season ending injury, how many times has Braxton potentially had season ending injuries - want to say its twice not including this time.

It was all over the news up here last evening, scrolling across the bottom of TV screens. Of course, the local news stations led with the story. The Columbus Dispatch had a story this morning that OSU is not for certain his season is over and that his injury was a non-contact throwing drill. Miller is an outstanding QB and OSU DOES NOT have a QB with game experience. The good news is that OSU only plays 1 team in the AP top 25, Michigan State. Meyer will have a few weeks to get a QB ready to play.

Ouch!! That's gonna hurt. Problem with Ohio State is their weak ass schedule! They can prop someone up in that position and still go 11-1. They do travel to Mich State in Novemeber BUT, Sparty could be a totally different team by then if they take a thrashing from Oregon.
