Hey. there is always the Mythbusters marathon on the Science Channel.

Dr. Who marathon on BBC America as well (with the new Doctor.) I've got 56 recordings on my DVR I suppose I should get to...especially considering U-Verse has one of their free premium weekends coming up in January. I've still got nine movies left from the last free weekend...

Now I'm missing cable, not seen the new Dr. Who.

I've got to look more...going La Tech wins with the money line and over 58. Tough game for me to decide which way to go. I am thinking siding with La Tech on the spread as well.

I had the over. Won that.
I had WKU wins. Won that...but it 'twas a bit shaky there at the end.
I had WKU -4 as well...which I a WOULD have won that if it wasn't for that freakin' hail mary, toss-a-rooski bullshit at the end of the game. So, lost the spread, won the money line and the over.

Should have stuck with my confidence pool thoughts and took Rice last night...at least with the money line.

I really thought UNC would win this game easily. Rutgers just flat out opened a can on Carolina. My bad streak continues with bowl games. I am so thankful the bookie decided to give us all $15,000 to play with for the bowl games.

I'm running off and on, in the end off—down a little over 2K for the bowls. UCF killed me last night. I'd read they'd had seven/eight players suspended and forgot ALL ABOUT IT yesterday when I was putting in my wagers. Ain't no such thing as "I really didn't mean to do that" with this little game.

I'm just getting into today's games...early thoughts as I try to make up for the $3300 or so I lost last night on UCF.

Va Tech vs Cincy: Tubs. OK, now a little football...Cincy has done pretty well the last half of the season on defense holding their opponents to 17 points or less in 5 of the last 7.
Va Tech has allowed 20 ppg all season on average.
2K on the under.

@psychojoe mentioned how the O/U was one of, or the, lowest totals on the bowl season. Both offense for BC and PSU are slow-paced, methodical approaches. The totals for PSU games this season is just over 37, on the road 30. Now BC hasn't been in a lot of low scoring games but their defense is allowing around 20 ppg.

As much as I cringe when I write "defense" in a game with BC (seems unheard of, doesn't it) I can't help but think that's how the day goes.
1K on the under. @We All Bleed Crimson seems to be thinking the same way I am since he's the only one taking the under as of right now.

Taking AZ State to cover and taking the money line to win.

The UofSC game is one you should have gotten in early on...line has moved 4 points in Miami's favor. I'm taking Miami on the ML and the spread.

Interim coaches have a record of 9-11 in bowl games over the past three seasons and as you know Pelini is O.U.T.

There's around 13K put up today...make it or break it kind of day!!! Here's a screen shot of what I'm playing...IF I were to be right on all of them...it's a little over 8K added...SLIM chance there, eh? :doh2:
