Joe Brady would be my pick, but I'm not sure how stable of a pick he would be with his interest clearly vested in a NFL job. But money talks and 2 - 2.5 million a year may just do the job.

Yes this is my concern with my comment that Bob does not need distractions.

I doubt it....look at UGA ...their DC IS going.....
We have seen the distractions work against us....
Maybe work for us this time( not worried about an interview....for BOB....his agent could probably sit in for him)

He has done a better job than what most(me too) thought he would. He is a professional, no recruiting to worry about at new job. Less distractions than Kiffen or Sark had. I don’t think it’s a big of an issue as we are prone to think. I wish the best and thank him for his work to date.

I pray BOB gets and NFL job and if for some reason Eric Beinnemy doesn't get one I hope he is our next OC. He would benefit form the Saban Coaching bump and I think he is an extremely talented coach. I also believe he would be an incredible recruiter.
