Johnny Rogers had a pretty good game in the Orange Bowl in 71 I believe. Back before passing was the main weapon. Bob Devaney ran the Veer. Rogers had 5 or 6 receptions and a 70 something yard punt return for a TD.

KG's was one half. Lost him for the season very, very early in second half. First Bama offensive play of the second half IIRC. Returned second half kick-off 99 yards for a TD. 297 all purpose yards and 3 TDs total.
