šŸˆ BDS was this the best atmosphere this weekend?

The crowd was in it, for all twenty-something third and fourth downs GA had. I’ll say, I’m not a fan of the screaming microphone guy, but I’m not their target audience.

Agree. And I may be alone on this, but I would also like for the Phantom of the Opera band riff on 3rd down stops to find its way into the trash bin. There's got to be something a tad more exciting and intimidating they could go with... It had a decent run.

Herbstreit has been very complimentary of the atmosphere since the night of the game... he recorded a video on the jet leaving Tuscaloosa talking about it. A few minutes ago, he went out of his way to bring it up again on TNF during the Bucs/Falcons game and talk about how good the environment was during the game. I'll try to find his video from the plane and link it too...

Well, this was the video, but I must be thinking of something else... maybe it was a tweet or another interview I heard with him, but he was very complimentary of the crowd and all...

Pate has mentioned it...Klatt has mentioned it...I saw a vid yesterday from a Tennessee guy praising the atmosphere. I can't remember his name.

The general consensus I've seen is "Bama got it right" with their game day; lights, music, crowd, all the way down the line.

Funny, really. Some of us in the OFC don't care for what we see and hear. But good lord, the kids and media do!
