I don't think it's really complaining or being a pessimist. I point out the good and bad things. It's more just pointing out the things that have been a trend all season. Guys just don't play with effort for 40 minutes. Oats even took a timeout when we were up 30 because he was pissed with the energy.

Not sure this team will ever put it together for a full game.

Offensively it's insane. Sears is looking like his old self; Holloway is playing like a pure PG.

I listened to Oats press conference today and he lamented about the same thing with the D and giving up 46 points. 12 in the last 4 minutes. Great to see he is telling them to stop playing to the scoreboard. Starting to sound like CNS.

Anyone notice too we went to zone at times vs Mississippi State? Think it was our first time this season we ran zone (may have run some vs Houston and Oregon in Vegas, but I can't remember).

I'm sure he'll be fine when he gets healthy. The flip side of this is that Jarin Stevenson has quietly been really good basketball lately. Even showcasing better moves to his right and pivoting to the basket. And of course, finding his jump shot.

Yes I noticed that. That's something we should've done at time against teams this season. I get the reason behind drop coverage, the players aren't executing
