I have been very optimistic all season long, but to sit here and say we are ok with losing some of these games down the stretch is looking pitiful. Florida has shown me tonight that we are nit a Final 4 team even at our best. This team is exactly what they are showing tonight. They have shown some blips this year, but consistency is not there and the team is just not as talented as Auburn, Duke, Florida, and others. Lack of consistency, continuity at times, turnovers, and lack of strength/hustle at times is simply not a recipe for success.

Hope we can find something here and not finish like the end of the Half and the first half of the 2nd Half have been.

Basically I think every single truth about this team has come out in this game. Leadership has been very poor all season and it was especially poor tonight. Toughness outside of a few players is non-existent. And quite honestly, coaching has been suspect for the better part of the year. Alabama's athleticism and talent allows them to beat up on another opponents. I think our scheme and style of play is really hard to defend. Even more so if you don't have the guards or the athleticism to match up with Alabama. But when you're an elite team, Alabama shows that they're not really that special.

I think we've all been waiting for this team to really show up and start to take control. We blamed a lot of the deficiencies early in the season on it just literally being early in the season. What we've all just been to hit sitting here waiting around for Alabama to wake up and playing like an early team. The problem is this team is the exact same as it was from game one to now.
