It was not pretty. Alabama's defense and late-game situational sets were...not good. But it's a win and a big win at home finally. Oats breaks that god awful streak of losing big games at home.

Did Nolan have a guard like Acuff?

I sorta get what people felt like after watching Pete in Coleman. We have seen that from Acuff. We saw it last season with Hubbard. I hate that it happened against Bama, but all due respect to those guys for the games they have had. It was fun to watch.

Was it Brazil who hit that double pumped reverse layup towards the waning moments of the game? I had cartoon eyes. Acuff pull up three at the end...I was saying "phuck, that was clutch."

No one in basketball can complain about ref bias to Alabama. How many times has Bama played as a visitor where the home team shot 35 free throws to Bama's 14? Or the home team is called for 10 fouls while Bama is called for 36? I usually read the box score after a game just to see, and I can tell you that over the years ref bias against Bama has been the norm. It's rare to see Bama on the positive side for a change.
