Oof man that was a rough start to the season. Hopefully it's just nerves or something because he was all over the place.

I’ll say this. It’s 57° with a light breeze. Just from my own experience, it’s a lot easier to have your control and location dialed in when you wear sleeves in cool or cold weather. More importantly though, according to UAB sports medicine statistics, it prevents elbow injures much better compared to those pitchers who don’t wear sleeves in cold weather. I don’t understand why they aren’t made to be mandatory for Bama players.
