USM took to a 4-0 lead into the 4th inning and Bama got 2 back on a Staton 2 run HR. Then in the 6th, Bama's took advantage of a couple of walks and 2 HBP's with 3 hits of their own including a 2 out bases clearing double by Brady Neal and a solo HR by Bromolo Jr. That gave Bama an 8-4 lead. MSU battle back in their half of the 8th to score 2 runs, both charged to freshman reliever Connor Lehman. In the bottom half of the 8th, freshman Peyton Steele hit is 1st collegiate HR, a solo shot down the LF line, to make it 9-6, Bama. Snell added an RBI single. Ozmer pitched the final 1 2/3 innings to finish it off. That's Bama 10th win against a top 25 team so far this season...
